Villa Del Sol 

Beautiful property ideally located on Grace Bay.  The house is very well appointed, great gourmet kitchen, outdoor pool, private sand volleyball court and 10 steps to the crystal blue Grace Bay water.  The location affords you the opportunity to walk the beach to the more crowded section/hotels of Grace Bay, but is secluded enough that you feel like you have your own private beach. The house (Villa Del Sol) gives you many options of things to do and ways to entertain…either go out at night for dinners, or cook in on the BBQ or kitchen.

The management team did a great job, getting us settled in and helping us get over and checked into the next villa we stayed in for the second week.  Highly recommend for a large family or 2 small families.

 Bright Idea Villa

Bright Idea is located on the south part of the island on Chalk Sound…the house has a great family room and 2 large ensuite bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and a private bay on Chalk Sound.  You can swim, snorkel, and kayak in Chalk Sound’s unbelievable turquoise blue waters, however the shoreline and beach is a bit more rocky than over in Sapodilla Bay or up in Grace Bay.

The house (Bright Idea) feels very safe as you are more secluded on this side of the island.  You will definitely need a car.  You can also drive over to the hidden Sapodilla Bay for a calm, knee deep swim or beach day.  The only downside of this villa/location is there is not many restaurant choices (one actually, Las Brisas), and you can’t really get access to the south beaches of Sapodilla or Taylor without a short drive (or you can take a 5-6 minute walk to reach either)…all around, it is a great place and has 2 cottages to get big families or a multifamily accommodated.

(Windrose Estate was) Absolutely Perfect!

I had high expectations for this place because the reviews were so positive and every one of them was far exceeded! Here is what I’d highlight:
- Absolutely beautiful but barefoot casual, not super super fancy (which we loved)
- Main house is right on the beach
- Crystal clear water with very small (or no) waves so it was great for little kids
- Perfect breeze so it was never too hot
- Staff could not have been nicer
- We pre-stocked the fridge which was pricey but well worth it not to have to go out the first night we got there. Everything was there waiting for us upon arrival. Smooth as could be.
- Security was excellent
- Kitchen was extremely well equipped
- House felt bigger than the pictures show. Everyone was very comfortable in the main house and the guest house.
- Guest house is not on the beach but it is very bright and cheerful and the sleeping loft is spacious and comfy – a room of its own… perfect for kids!
- Just a few doors down from a few beach bars/restaurants and a few more from the Gansevort. Location was perfect.
- Locals were very friendly and helpful
- My only fear in leaving this recommendation is that we will have trouble getting another reservation! But they deserve our highest compliments – the whole experience was a joy.

We just returned home from our stay at Villa Del Sol, located in Leeward.

It is a Grace Bay beach front luxury home and from start to finish, service was perfect. From the moment I called Basia about Turks and Caicos and her villas (it was our first visit and I knew nothing), she stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and answered every question with enthusiasm, good humor and patience.

When we arrived at the house, from the moment we walked in the front doors, our jaws dropped.  Spectacular is the only work I can think of.  This is truly a case where the pictures don’t do justice. From the day we arrived to the day we left, Basia treated us like long long friends and provided for our every need. The only problem is that we are now spoiled for vacations anywhere else! My family and I whole heartedly recommend Villa del Sol to everyone.  The house is beautifully appointed, the team had flowers everywhere and gifts for all.  It exceeded our wildest expectations.  From being sparkling clean with every amenity and a fabulous beach right out our front door. The kids had an incredible time and Basia even took them to show them where to shell! Don’t miss out on the best villa or property management company in town!
