Totally intrigued by the continuing rave reviews Caicos Cafe has garnered these past several months, and moreover, dying to savour authentic Italian cuisine,  we sat down to the start of what would end up being the perfect experience!

From delicious amuse bouches all the way through to glorious desserts, one dish was simply better than the next.  (And between the four of us, there were a lot of dishes to taste)

Honestly, a crescendo of flavours that made us feel we’d died and gone to heaven!
