“It was truly a joy working with you… we all made a vow to return!”

Not long ago we were basking in the warm, beautifully turquoise waters of Turks and Caicos. I had the tricky task of putting together a family gathering of 18 to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday over the Christmas holiday. To add to the challenge, three years ago we celebrated my father’s 80th in Italy, an amazing vacation we still talk about. This trip therefore had high expectations!

I can't thank you enough for your stellar recommendations during our stay--your efforts lessened my burden considerably and it was truly a joy working with you. You responded to my every request with amazing efficiency! Your choice of lodging was magnificent and accommodated our group of perfectly--Windrose Estate and Spindrift couldn't have been better--exquisite private homes on the greatest beach we've visited--"relaxing" "beautifully situated" "charming" and "dreamy" were just a few of the remarks I heard from our party.

Thank you so much for introducing us to our private chef Kalua whose team created the freshest, most elegant home-made meals imaginable! We all dined al fresco on the fabulous wrap around porch at Windrose each evening and arose to a wonderful breakfast every morning. The Grace Bay location seemed very private, though many amenities such as parasailing and quaint beach bistros were just a short walk away. The snorkeling immediately out front rivaled the guided tour we took later in the week. Before our departure, we all made a vow to return--hope to see you soon!

Seabreeze Villa was ‘Over the Top’

We had a GREAT time on TCI - so glad you recommended it! Everything was just superb--the villa [Seabreeze] was over the top and exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing - the kitchen, patios, etc, accommodated our group very well and was very comfortable for 8 people. We loved that the island was so quiet and easy to get around, with restaurants and grocery storeturks so close. The beaches were awesome and we snorkeled at Smith's Reef 5 or 6 times. We drove the island from tip to tip - and even walked out to the Northwest Point Preserve. We all agreed it had been our best trip so far. We will definitely keep Provo and Seabreeze in mind for a future trip.

The Best Property Manager I have Experienced…

This house [Pelican Vista] was well represented on VRBO. The house is only 3 years old and is very well maintained and luxurious and well appointed. We ended up eating out 5 of 7 nights and found some great local restaurants. Basia, the property manager was fantastic....as a matter of fact, the best manager I have experienced and I have rented from VRBO/AmX/Villas of Distinction about 8 times. 2 small items to note, the beach that is directly in front of the house got washed away, about 3 months ago, locals say, so it does require you to walk another 150 yards to a very private beach area and 2-3 miles of beaches which is fabulous, or walk 1000 yards to 12 more miles of Grace Bay beaches and hotels. There is just one washed out area that is probably 500 yards long and I guess will get restored. Not a big inconvenience but worth noting. The only other thing which was annoying was the local wild dogs called Potcakes which barked every night for a couple of hours. The local government, the paper says, is working on the issues. All in all a fabulous house that is well represented.

Seabreeze was Perfect!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house! Sometimes when you see pictures of a vacation house on line they seem too good to be true and you're slightly disappointed when you get there. But in this case, the real thing far exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and elegant, yet completely comfortable. All four couples were amazed by the spaciousness and beauty of the house and we were all equally comfortable in our bedroom suites. The patio and the gorgeous view of the water was by far our favorite part.

Because of the house's location on the top of the hill, you could see for miles and there was always a nice breeze blowing -- hence the name! It was the perfect spot really, because we had great views and breezes and yet the beach was only a 2 minute walk/drive away. We ate everywhere on the island from a local beach side favorite called The Conch Shack to a great Mexican restaurant on the beach called Somewhere, to the more upscale Parallel 23 at The Regent Hotel and every meal was delicious. This trip was all adults but I plan on going back with my 3 children. The beaches were incredible, the boating and snorkeling was great and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Turks and Caicos and Seabreeze Villa for couples as well as families!

Villa del Sol "Spectacular!"

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Del Sol. The Villa and view are spectacular, with every amenity. We just loved hanging out at the Villa so much that we pretty much avoided all other activity ( other than early morning golf, and some spectacular dinners)! We look forward to returning again soon in the near future.

Loving Pelican Vista and Private Chef Services by Kalua

We are now back from our fabulous vacation and would certainly recommend Pelican Vista to your other clients. The house, the pool and the beach (including schools of fish for snorkeling meters off the shore) were terrific - the kids had a blast!

Windrose Guest House: "did we die and go to heaven?"

The first thing I said to Basia when she was showing us around the Windrose Guest House was "did we die and go to heaven?" The Windrose Guest House is found at the end of a small dirt road off of Stubbs Road, tucked away inside a midst of wild flowers with a lovely garden off of it’s balcony. The house itself was large and comfortable. A great place to unwind and let your hair down since it is very private and homey. There is an upstairs “study” area with rattan furniture and two small beds that I loved to sit in and read. A wonderful skylight is in the high ceilings where we could watch the clouds go by. In the morning the birds were abundant and mingled with the many kinds of butterflies. The balcony reminded me of the movie “Out of Africa” with it’s hammock swinging in the ever present breeze. Every morning I would grab my bathing suit and walk down to the crystal clear green ocean. I went kayaking all the way up to Turtle Cove one day and back and it was nice to have our own kayak that Basia supplied to us. There are miles of beach to walk along. I walked for miles and never got bored of the scenery and beauty there. There was also an alarm system and we felt safe and knew that our belongings were secure. There is an attentive staff around in case we needed anything. This was the most incredible time I had in my life and now I have something to look forward to for a vacation.

Windrose Guest House: "the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and serenity..."

Windrose Guest House was the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and serenity in the midst of the sheer aesthetic beauty of the Caribbean.  Every morning we would wake up early and sit in the living room to watch the sunrise, do Yoga on the roomy balcony with its surrounding exotic flowers, and then take a dip in that gorgeous turquoise ocean, only steps away from the house.  Making meals was a treat in the large, well equipped kitchen.  We were amazed at how a perfect breezy spot was chosen for the hammock on the balcony. The details here and there made staying at the Windrose the most pleasurable experiences we've had.  Thank you Basia!!!

Villa del Sol: “More like a Second Home than a Vacation Rental…I Plan to Return Every Year!”

“I absolutely loved this property. The home is beautiful and located right on …gorgeous Grace Bay. I very much liked the privacy of it. The accommodations were excellent and far exceeded our expectations. We loved having the beach to ourselves and this property accommodated my family of six perfectly…furnished beautifully…This is the only rental property that I have ever stayed at whose kitchen was fully stocked with every item/appliance needed.

This is more like a second home than like a vacation rental…and the owners and property management company give great attention to details. It had every amenity that we could have ever wanted. The patio has two wonderfully covered and furnished terraces, a large pool, a volleyball net, hammocks...The beach is literally steps away [and] loved having an outdoor shower too! … many restaurants and resorts nearby and the food is fabulous. I plan to return to this property every year! I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone!”

They took very good care of us ~ meeting us at the airport; checking in throughout the week to be certain everything was okay and sharing their contacts for car rentals, kayaking, snorkeling; fitness center, restaurants...everything!

We arrived from Miami on June 20th, 2009, to be met at the airport by property manager, Basia Zaidan. This was in keeping with her strict attention to every detail from the very beginning when we booked. She assisted us in dealing with the rental car, then led us to the absolutely gorgeous property, South Seas Villa. Our party consisted of two couples, so we did not use the Guest or Carriage House, but the villa is perfect for such a group.

"We Felt Pampered."

Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous great room overlooking the seas, two master suites, one above the other with a/c, many bathrooms/showers, a formal dining room and a splendid library, not to mention the gazebo in the lovely gardens on the cliff above the water, dandy swimming pool and, a few step down the hill, access to the sea via stone steps. Nicely and stylishly furnished - in fact, absolutely perfect!! It took a couple of run-throughs to get the hang of the security system, but we soon mastered it and were in and out for the rest of the week with no problems.

Basia gave us a thorough briefing on what we needed to know about Provo, and left instructions as to how to reach her at any hour, when the cleaning people were due, and a list of her favorite spots on the island. We felt pampered and well looked after, and had a splendid time. The weather was very hot, but the a/c in the bedrooms was up to the challenge, so we slept well.

The island has excellent restaurants-they DO know how to cook on Provo!
I can't say enough about the professionalism and good care we received from Basia and her staff, and recommend this property wholeheartedly as a lovely and unique vacation venue.

Pelican was/is outstanding! It's the perfect getaway with every luxury our family could have imagined, hoped for or wanted. Basia prestocked, provided private chef service for 4 of the nights we were there. She organized massages on the villa terrace and even got us into the Arabian Nights party at Lemon Cafe. And boy, my cousins REALLY enjoyed the belly dancers! And PS, the food was GREAT :-)!

We have had the pleasure of booking Carpe Diem 202 in Grace Bay, Providenciales for the past few years. Our attraction to this lovely and spacious one bedroom fully equipped condo is not only its very central location, but the scale of the property. That is, there are only 7 units so it really is a quiet retreat.

The screened in second level porch with view of the ocean and overlooking the pool is a welcome relaxation spot after a day of Turks and Caicos snorkeling or diving. And the morning walks on the beach? Incredible!!

Carpe's location is great because it is within steps of several of the finest Turks and Caicos restaurants and shops. And even better, is that reserving this spot of heaven has proven to be a breeze with Tranquility. The condo is beautifully maintained and it is always clean and ready to go for our time on the island. And better yet, there is always a great bottle of wine and beautiful flowers to greet us. Whenever we arrive, Tranquility truly makes us feel that we're home!

We could not have asked for better attention from Basia, Tusa, and the maids who cleaned the villa during our stay. The booking process was flexible, and it was great to be able to talk to an individual who knew the island and the properties and who could give us advice. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to be able to return to Provo and Blue Waters soon...

The airport greeting, finding the car and then following you to the villa was a valuable service... You had also obviously put in a great amount of effort to make the villa amenities as unaffected by “Ike” as possible. Had we not known about Ike, we would not have guessed from the condition of the property that a devastating... The attention you gave to our questions was impressive. But the best bit was the personal way we were treated – just like guests...Is there anything that Tranquility could do better? Not in my book. We would not hesitate to recommend friends giving you a call if they ever want to visit Provo.

We just returned from the most beautiful, relaxing vacation in the Turks and Caicos Islands, thanks to Tranquility Property Management & Vacation Rentals! This was the first time that we had ever rented a villa and we were not quite sure how to do it. We normally stay at a resort hotel but we needed something larger than a studio and more affordable. I could not believe how quickly I received a response to an inquiry!

Booking was easy and Basia was so helpful. We stayed at a 2 bedroom townhouse called Palmyra 104. It was great! The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The unit was large and fully loaded. We were first met at the airport and taken back to the townhouse by Basia. She has all of the island information inside of the unit so we always knew what and where to go. Who needs a concierge when you find Tranquility Property management!! Thanks for a very relaxing vacation and we will definitely be back!

Recently, we enjoyed our third trip to Turks and Caicos. This visit
eclipsed the others for one reason - Tranquility Vacations! Basia and her staff took care of everything with great skill, professionalism, enthusiasm and boundless good cheer. And, they did it on very short notice.

We were referred to another Provo concierge who totally disappointed us and left us in the lurch. We called Bash five days before we arrived and she arranged sailing, snorkeling, parasailing, restaurant reservations, tours, EVERYTHING.

We recommend Tranquility Vacations without reservation. (we didn't have any and Tranquility delivered big time!)
