Currency
The official currency of the Turks and Caicos Islands is the US dollar. Most major credit cards are also accepted.
Customs and Immigrations
Effective January 2007, all U.S. visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands are required to have a valid U.S. Passport. Visitors from other countries must also have valid passports. Visitors from some former Eastern Bloc countries require visas as well. Please contact the nearest British Consulate to determine requirements for your Turks and Caicos vacation.
