Introduction: Ponds Edge is a Three Bedroom Three Bath villa located in the luxurious Leeward Gated Community on the North Side of Providenciales. This three quarter of an acre property is on the Leeward Canal and allows you to rent and bring your own boat up to the privately owned dock. The Grace Bay Beach (The Worlds Best Beach) is just a few blocks away.
As you enter Ponds Edge, through an automatic private gate, you are in your own walled compound. The easy living of an open concept villa greets you at the front door. Through the front door you are immediately drawn through to the screened veranda and out into the pool area. The 2000 square foot patio invites you to swim and lounge around your own private pool. While you are lounging by the pool you will notice our three resident dolphins at the bottom of the pool - Molly, Willie and Wally. The screened porch can be accessed from every living space in the villa. This area enhances the feeling of that indoor/outdoor island living even from your own bedroom. If you happen to get tired of the sun, you can still enjoy island ambiance on the porch.
The living and dining areas are a step a way from the gourmet kitchen with views of the screened porch and canal. The rattan and wicker furnishings throughout the villa add to the Caribbean flair. You have the option of eating at the kitchen bar for a quick snack or dine at the glass topped table on the screened porch or the larger glass topped tables in the living room area and on the patio. The interior walls of the villa are enhanced by the work of one our local artists, Pamela Leach. This tropical art work brings the Caribbean into the villa through design and color.
Villa located near Leeward Marina, with easy access to Tour Operators, Dive Operators, and Gilley's Restaurant. Beach access is just minutes away, either by car or by foot.
