This Providenciales vacation home comes with beautiful décor, fine linens and towels, cookware and dishes for everything you might want to prepare. A washer and dryer is on site for your convenience.

The Main South Seas Villa features a master king bedroom suite and second king bedroom, both with attached bath. The master bedroom houses a luxurious Mission king-size bed and rich fabrics, along with exercise equipment on the private terrace. The second bedroom also has a king bed and is decorated in serene creams and whites. This lovely private bedroom has a lower level all its own.

The South Seas Guest House

This 4½ acre Turks and Caicos villa property features rich island landscaping with brilliant blooms and bright green plant life. Nestled within this space is the Villa’s Guest House a very secluded and charming hideaway, perfect for twosomes looking for a little space from the extended family or friends. This private hideaway includes its own kitchenette, sitting room and TV's.

The Guest House has one bath, coupled with two bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchenette. One bedroom is furnished with two extra long twins that can be used as is or convert to a king, while the other bedroom is equipped with luxurious king bed. The Guest House also features a private terrace as well as a set of stairs down to the warm Caribbean waters.

The Guest House also features a private set of stairs leading down to the warm Caribbean waters and a small secluded beach that appears at low tide! South Seas can also be rented with the Villa's lovely Carriage House as a 5 bedroom Turks and Caicos villa rental.
