The South Seas Main House

The interior space boasts a vast sunroom with white pillared windows that reaches from the front all the way to the back of the villa and a media/family room is filled with the most up-to-date audio and video equipment available. The formal dining room is graced by a unique scrollwork dining ensemble.

This Turks and Caicos vacation rental includes a very bright and light modern kitchen, with blonde woods and white appliances, as well as a huge window over the sink looking out onto the Caribbean Ocean.

The main South Seas Villa features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths. The master bedroom houses a beautiful Mission bed, complete with exercise equipment on the private terrace, and the second bedroom, decorated in serene creams and whites, is lovely and private, with a lower level all its own.

The South Seas Guest House & Carriage House

This 4½ acre Turks and Caicos villa property is covered with lush tropical landscaping with brilliantly hued flowers and the rich deep, greens of the Caribbean. Nestled within this space are the Villa's Guest House and Carriage House, two very private hideaways with their own kitchenettes, sitting rooms and TV's, perfect for couples looking for a little privacy away from the extended family.

The Guest House has one bath, coupled with two bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchenette. One bedroom is furnished with two extra long twins that can be used as is or convert to a king, while the other bedroom is equipped with luxurious king bed. The Guest House also features a private terrace as well as a set of stairs down to the warm Caribbean waters.

The Carriage House is open plan; large and airy, it is beautifully decorated in serene cream and whites, as well as fine linens. It includes a bath, kitchen area, sitting area with TV, along with a king bed and marvelous details. South Seas can also be rented without the Carriage House as a 4 bedroom Turks and Caicos villa rental.
