Introduction: Stargazer is the most luxurious fully appointed Villa for private rental in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Enjoy 2.4-gated acres of manicured gardens with a private grotto and waterfall; over 15 thousand square feet of air-conditioned luxury accommodation and 180 degree views of the turquoise sea from a 60 bluff with stair access to a mile of secluded sandy beach below. The Villa is comprised of 3 main buildings, housing 5 bedrooms plus an enormous master suite, easily accommodating 12 adults.
The facilities include a professionally finished lighted tennis court, sauna, hot tub, large swimming pool, gym and Pilates room, dance studio with a professional sprung floor, home movie theater with 8 seats and a 100" screen, game room with pool table and gaming machine and 71" HDTV, gourmet kitchen, dining room for 12, breakfast room, piano, guitars and lots of decks and verandahs on which to get lost!
Accommodation: Six bedrooms in total-this villa consists of a penthouse master suite fit for a king, two guest suites in the main residence, a pool side suite with ensuite bathroom and mini kitchen, two bed fully equipped guest house with six and half baths. There is also a large living room, game room, three dining areas (interior & exterior) multiple sunset terraces, gourmet kitchen state of the art media room and a laundry room.

Christmas is a 2-week minimal rental.
These rates are for a maximum of 12 adults.
We have discounted our season, Apr 28/2007 to Nov 2/2007, from $4,900 to $4,700
We are also open to offer discounts:
- for 6 or fewer people.
- if they not require a chef and would like limited maid service
- more than a 12 day stay (discount on the days over 12)
We will charge $250/day for any additional staff, butlers or full time baby
sitter, etc.
Gratuities are at the discretion of the clients.The Turks and Caicos
Government enforces a 10% tourist tax on all villa rentals. This charge will be
added to the price of rental.
