This exceptionally located, beach villa complex, offers many amenities including sleeping accomodations for ten persons. The main house consists of two buildings: one with a kitchen, living room, and one bedroom and the other with two bedrooms. The guest house offers a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms and can be rented in tandem with the main house or alone. Both houses include maid service, linens and towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The multiple structure situation allows for privacy, but with a large number of guest accomodations.

About main house and cottage : The main house offers comfortable surroundings with a full sized kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom and bath in the main house and two bedrooms and baths in the separate cottage, allowing sleeping for six.
With a comfortable and charming interior, this house offers a lovely haven overlooking the beach. Meals can be prepared inside or out on the grill and the porch offers the perfect relaxation place for watching the water, dozing, or having cocktails.
Additionally, guests can enjoy the privacy of the cottage with two separate bedrooms and baths.

Tyler House is one of the most charming properties on Providenciales and is located on the most beautiful beach.
