• Tax: 12% Government Tax Additional (increase from 11% to 12% effective July 1^st, 2013)
• Security Deposit: 1 night required
• Metered air conditioning in bedrooms only and charged as per your usage
• Check-In time: 4 pm
• Check-Out time: 11 am
• No smoking policy inside the house.
• 7 night minimum during high season
• One midweek clean per seven night stay
• Garden service once per week
